  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Krazyberry.com, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of CLEARED payment, and are dispatched Monday through Friday (Except Saturdays & Holidays). Packages are shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation through USPS.

    By placing the order, the buyer is solely held responsible for obtaining any information regarding state laws and agrees to abide by them. Orders placed from the following places will be cancelled:

    Arkansas, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missisippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

     APO / FPO / Military Installations:

    We do not ship to these areas. No exceptions!

     

    In the event that an order is cancelled, please allow up to 5-7 business days for a temporary hold to be released from your credit card/bank. Please allow the full 7 business days before contacting us regarding the order, as it is up to your bank/credit card to release the funds back to your account.

    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Even though we try to dispatch all orders the same day they are received, selecting the Express Mail option does not guarantee that the order will be shipped that same day. It simply means the method of delivery will be Express Mail. Please allow the normal 1-2 business days for the order to be dispatched. Please feel free to contact us if you need to make special shipping arrangements.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Krazyberry.com, Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
